Public training sessions

Join our scheduled sessions bringing together participants from different organizations. A flexible and cost-effective format to build skills and exchange with your peers.

What is a public training session?

A public training session brings together, on pre-scheduled dates, participants from different organizations around the same program. You can register one or more employees for a session in our catalog without having to form a full group.

It is the complementary approach to in-company training, where a session is organized exclusively for the employees of a single organization, on its own dates and often around its own content. Public training favors flexibility, cost control, and rich exchanges between varied profiles.

Benefits of public training sessions

Controlled cost

You register the desired number of participants for an existing session, without funding a dedicated course for a full group.

Peer-to-peer exchange

Learn alongside professionals from other organizations: experience sharing, comparison of practices, and a broader network.

Fixed dates

Scheduled sessions in the catalog: choose the date that suits you and plan your skills development with confidence.

Simple registration

No group to assemble and no logistics to coordinate: simply reserve a place in the session of your choice.

Who is it for?

The public training format is suitable for independent professionals and small organizations as well as large organizations wishing to train a few employees without mobilizing a full group. It is ideal when you need to upskill one or more people on a specific topic at a given date. For needs specific to a single organization, the in-company format remains available: let’s discuss it.

Our teaching approach

Our public training sessions are resolutely practice-oriented: real-life cases, simulations, and field feedback. Participant diversity enriches exchanges, while our expert trainers stay focused on what matters: your ability to apply these skills in your organization and, where applicable, pass the certification exam.
