SME implementation
Initiate and plan the implementation of an SME based on processes and controls that reduce environmental risks.
Continuous improvement
Support the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the SME, and develop the associated leadership skills.

Intended audience: QHSE managers, project managers, and consultants involved in implementing an environmental management system.
Prerequisites: basic knowledge of management system standards and environmental issues is recommended.

Objectives & target skills: initiate, plan, and lead the implementation of an environmental management system (SME) compliant with ISO 14001, using the IMS2 methodology from PECB.
Target audience: QHSE managers, project managers, and consultants involved in implementing an environmental management system.
Prerequisites: basic knowledge of management system standards and environmental issues is recommended.
Duration: 35 hours (5 days), certification exam included.
Format: in-person or remote ; inter-company or in-house sessions.
Price: upon quotation. Student rate: -50 % upon presentation of proof. Prices net of TVA (training exempt, article 261-4-4°a of the CGI).
Funding: OPCO, France Travail, self-funding.
Payment terms: 30 % deposit upon registration, balance before the start of the training course.
